Cook thinks video solve complicated legal issues. He doesn't know the statutes, he doesn't know the mens rea required, he doesn't really know the process.
Please, Nicky. In Cook's neighborhood they think mens rea has something to do with a woman's monthly cycle.
I very much doubt that cook has figured out the whole period thing at this point.
