Sinatra wanted to be a tough guy, only he wasn't too tough. I can't picture Dean risking his shine in order to play roughkid along with Frankie. I don't think Dean Martin was in bed with the Mob the way Frank Sinatra was, altough he had contact with many of them, especially Momo Giancana.
