Too bad they have not opened up the rest of the oil field to drill on maybe gas would be for free.

I agree with this now. But up until a few years ago I was still on the fence about it. But today?
If we're gonna be at war anyway, we should use nuclear force, kill as many sand monkeys as possible, convert the survivors to Christianity and Judaism, then take their oil. No more Muslim threats, no more oil shortage in America. Two birds with one stone.
