Yea I hear you there Dante, the feds might b real tight with him.. And make local police have a tight rope on that place.. And it might b hard for joe to make money in a way because you also have to hire 1 full time chef and at least 45$ a year.. And a guy part time for about 30$a year.. Now that is $75,000 joe has to pay out and that is only the start.. And you said health code violations.. Hey Dante they just opened the place ha ha ..LOL.. And yes a liquor license they have to fight with to get every year.. But your right again so many wanna b tough guys/fanboys in America.. and lots from that area might flock to that place.. I don't know bocca area at all.. but maybe that particular area might need a restaurant.. he might make money for a few years but I think the fame or his popularity will wear off..
