Wise choice. They're crazy. I have an Albanian partner in our Pelham Bay property. He's actually our super, but he's a limited partner as well because it's just good business (that part of the Bronx---Morris Park-Pelham Bay line---is heavily Albanian today).

Anyway, he's a very good friend of mine. But generally speaking, Albanians are even more xenophobic than the old Italians. They won't even look at most "outsiders."

That broad probably had ten brothers here, and another six still in Montenegro. So you're very lucky .
