I went across to see her and she was on her way out. My cousin was taking her out for lunch. Nice gesture from my cousin but my mother never sees her for months at a time then she swans back in for a couple of weeks, is all over my mother and then slips off the radar again for a good time. My mother then rings me asking if I have upset my cousin or anything?? I remind her that this cousin is 20 years my senior and apart from occasionally seeing her at my mothers place I have no contact at all with her. Mother then tells me I should spend more time with my kinsfolk!!!! Cant make this stuff up can you?
