I wonder why he will do judging by a state court, not federal court as most of the time it is in charge.
Miklo, I'm thinking its because in the grand scheme of things these are mostly small time financial crimes. It looks like the penalties would be harsher in State court, at the very end of the press release the possible penalties for the offenses are listed. I'm sure these guys would much rather do their time in the federal system, much nicer accommodations.
