Mandatory Minimums are soon to become a thing of the past in some states because the guidelines are way to strict.
Red, I agree and also the fact that it just costs too much to house these guys who aren't violent and most of who are in for some personal use drug or drug related crime. Remember when all the states were building new prisons, now they can't empty them fast enough, unless of course your in Texas or a handful of other southern states.
