Doing an intensive Control and Restraint course at work this week. Doing all the moves and techniques for dealing with rowdy and violent people in the hospital (not to mention the drunks). The fellas doing the course are proper ex special forces type ninjas who have been throwing us around like rag dolls. I can hardly walk or move my shoulders and arms....and I still have 2 days to go

Seriously, what kind of moves are they teaching you? My God, it sounds totally exhausting? Are you all bruised? Do you get some kind of certificate/acknowledgement after this course? Or more pay??
