I love "The Rifleman," too, Benny. When I started this thread that's the show I had in mind. Unfortunately, there isn't a high quality dvd set available just yet. But there's a mini-marathon every Saturday morning on AMC. I set the alarm to watch it sometimes.
I just watched a few episodes recently. One of them was about a group of people on a stagecoach who were stranded at Chuck Connors' home during a blizzard. One of the characters was portrayed by none other than Mike the Cop (from 'Abbott & Costello').
