If they were involved, why didn't they teach them how to make sophisticated bombs or at least ones that work.
Because they were after the guns. IEDs are already illegal.
What 911 was to the greater society, Columbine(and many other school shootings) was to the school kids. You've got an entire generation now who think it's entirely normal to have a policeman watch over them all the time. They now accept as normal searches, metal detectors, etc. Columbine was in essence a giant psy-op.
