If you live in Germany today is anniversary of unification when east and west Germany united. From people I talked to no one was happy when that happen.

In east Germany everyone had at a government supported low paying job. They were happy I am told with that what a bunch of idiots.

West Germany before that had a great economy that changed with the addition of the east Germans. It definately did not much for their football.

Well they got a day off to "celebrate" that great day in German history
