Tino was a stone cold killer. He killed an innocent bar tender just because he thought he could be a potential witness. Everyone knew about it. He was from the iron bound section of newark. He did like 20 years state time for shaking down a restaurant owner in parsippany nj back in 1977 i think. The restaurant was called Lawrence's. He may of started out with luciano ( Bruno guy) and was later transferred to a genovese guy.
