Enough with this water talk. WTF am I missing here. Isn't New York like the most polluted place outside of LA and maybe Detroit?

NYC water is actually very good. It's not a hard water and it's quite clean (coming from reservoirs upstate).
New York City water is the fucking best. Bread and baking aside, I mean the way it tastes. When I go upstate, I can't even drink enough of that well water to get an aspirin down. It's disgusting.
