Tommy Bilotti looked like a tough little fire hydrant but I've only seen a few photos of him, so he could just be a fat boy.

I read a description of Bilotti being described as a 'Rock solid 220 on a 5 foot 9 frame' Also apparently he was a vicious fighter, knocked out some Colombo associate once with a punch.
