Over a decade ago, the only people with tattoos were bikers, sailors and social outcasts. Now every Tom, Dick and Harry has one. It's sheep mentality.

I don't know about the NBA or NFL but just over ten years ago, literally not a single professional footballer had a tattoo. Then David Beckham started getting them and in the space of approximately 5 years the majority of footballers have full sleeves - and yes - hipster Muslim beards.

It really is amusing. I wonder what the next fad will be? Getting nazi symbols carved into your forehead probably.
