It's fucking absurd. If they weren't Vinny's kids they would have gotten a global plea for 16 months. Tops. And none of this ever would have made the papers. Little Vinny has another adjournment. But he's gonna get hammered, too.

The only bright side for Stephen is that he has ten months time served already. But they're gonna max him out at least 90 percent. So he has about 26 months to go from right now. And they have a hard-on for this kid, so look for the BOP to send him far away from New York. No way he gets to do his time at the MDC or MCC. Ordinarily, he'd be a candidate for FCI Danbury. But there are a bunch of Bonanno guys up there right now, so I doubt that will happen.
