you tried serbian food pizza?
I've eaten at quite a few Eastern European places in my life. The Lower East Side used to be loaded with them. But I think they were mostly Yugoslavian/Polish/Ukrainian in origin. Is the food similar?
PB what was the name of the restaurant on Second Ave or Chrystie st, beteween Houston and Canal. You had to walk down a few steps to get in. Small always packed. I think it is closed now. I'm talking about in the 70's -90's
