I feel terrible for both the little girl and the instructor's family. This little girl is going to be traumatized for life. What are they thinking allowing children to play with lethal weapons with live bullets?! Would you allow a 9 year old to drive a car on the highway? No, because they lack the maturity to understand the harm they can do.
