We had a situation here in town a number of years ago. A guy (From NYC) opened a really good pizza and sub shop by the entrance to Ft Bragg. A soldier was working there and one day a street thug walked in with a shotgun and robbed the place. The soldier who was licensed to carry ran out after him and shot him in the back, killing him. he family sued and now, sadly no more super good pizzas
