They don't all rat. Two reasons if people thought you might rat as a kid. The kid would never make it to adulthood.
Plus they hate cops above all others. Being a rat would help them you would rather fuck them them help them.
yeah they do rat if not to the police then to the feds or government law enforcement. Haven't you been paying attention to what's been going on in Italy and the United States the past 30 years or so?
