Questioning whether "All Gangsters rat" by providing individual examples is pointless and idiotic.

And the "You cant prove all gangsters didnt inform" argument is equally baseless. An argument of merit is one which CAN be proved or disproved, not one which can't. EG You cant 'disprove Santa Claus' is ALOT weaker a contention than one proving him.

So the OBVIOUS answer is NO.
