Although its' not incorporated, Hobe Sound in Florida might very well be the wealthiest community in the US.

A tornado touched down near Hobe Sound a couple hours ago, some damage to one of the County airport hangers and a few homes and businesses. There has been some rough weather down here so far this summer.
