Surely that would be an accident waiting to happen if he "accidentally" bumped into a known associate. That would put him right back in stir.
Alot of times wont the feds wait until right when your about to get off supervised and they hold a hearing citing you for all the times you associated and throw you back in the bing?
Yeah, the Feds are famous for that. But the State does the same thing if they have a hard-on for you.
