If you recall the post with the NJ info on the UBN it shows an estimate on different sets membership. The UBN ( NY bloods/East Coast bloods) sets do network among each other due to location (cities among the I-95 corridor/ East Coast generally) and that their structured inside & outside prison. G-Shine is one of the original sets, 9-3 Gangsters is original and let's not forget they had the NJ branch association with the crime family, and SMM isn't under their umbrella supposedly and are just partners with the UBN.
