this thread makes me think of that movie "enemy of the state" with gene hackman and will smith, maybe you've seen it, anyway I'm not trying to compare real life to a movie, but i always thought that was a pretty good example of what the federal govt was really capable of, and that movie was like 20 years ago so things have only increased dramatically since then.
