Those two are not mobsters, they are thugs who happened to have vowels at the end of their names.
There's a difference?
I would say there is a bit of difference between real mobsters like Gambino or the Chin that successfully ran multi-million dollar ventures and thugs morons that rip off bookies. Guys like Georgie are closer to the thug end of things. Degenerate gamblers that can't even cover their own debts.
