For whatever its worth Phil never testified (to the best of my knowledge) against any of the Scarfo south Philly / AC guys. (I believe he did testify against the NJ faction but I'm not positive) I think Phil did more damage against NY but only from a collaborative stand point. But his point is right on - his uncle was an absolute fucking maniac and the son never had a chance.
