I am not a racist. Blacks dont fully understand consequences and sometimes cannot rationalize. 99.999% of black gang members have very low iQ's and are borderline retarded. We need to build more prisons in order to get these unsupervised, out of wedlock, out of control black males off the streets. They will continue to have of of wedlock babies and poison this beautiful country.
