As a family they are finished. There's still guys operating, just like in Tampa, Cleveland, Buffalo etc.
They are officially finished. There are a LARGE group of pretenders in Nola that book and move narcotics from the port, but there is no "viable" family. A lot of people pretend and wish there was a family, but that's about a far as it goes.
