Domenico Cutaia is the current Capo of the old Vario crew. He got out of prison in October, due to his health issues, Joey Lubrano is acting Capo of the crew, and is tapped to take over as official Capo. The crew is still active in Brownsville, and other surrounding areas. It is estimated to be half the size of when Paul Vario was the Capo of the crew.
