Joseph "Chickie Ciancaglini Born:December 15, 1934. Lived on Sigel Street, Philly. One of the last members, along with John Grande, to be inducted into the Bruno Family in the early 1970's, he was a close associate of Frank Sindone and acted as his bodyguard. Active as a gambler and a loanshark enforcer, he made his involvement with Teamsters Local 107 in the 1960's. Ciancaglini was a daily visitor at Frank's Cabana Steaks.
