In my day there was no liberal Italians where I lived. But they definately did business with unions and democrates. Because liberal democrates believed and still do I think in the end justifies the means.
My normal part of me knows the end never justifies the means.
No one that I knew in those days voted I didn't.
You know what? Speak for yourself. My grandparents lived at 325 Pleasant for fifty years. And while they weren't very liberal themselves, that neighborhood as a whole, like
every other immigrant stronghold, Italian or otherwise, had way more registered Democrats than Republicans. It's a matter of public record, if researching such a thing interests you.
But you don't strike me as the type who ever voted anyway, so what am I telling you for?
