I doubt very much Merlino can pick and choose a boss. And even if Chickie was boss (will never happen) why the fuck would he kick upto someone like merlino? he wouldn't send him a penny just like all the old scarfo guys, i'd be shocked even if Merlino's pal Mazzone is sending him an envolope.
