The fighter, American hustle, the machinist, the prestige, batman trilogy etc. I think both are great don't get me wrong. But I just feel like Bale puts absolutely everything into his performances. I think American Psycho might be his best performance though.
He was good in Hustle and
The Fighter. Haven't seen
The Machinist, and i didn't find anything special about him in
The Prestige (or that movie for that matter). He was ok as Bruce Wayne, but i'm probably one of the few that preferred Michael Keaton. Another one i remembered was his debut in Spielbergs,
Empire of the Sun, he was pretty good in that.
