Honestly your right in regards with location ( wherever you live in cook county). But there are some of us who network with people from Chicago. Therefore, we both have a line of communications to the streets. So in the same breath I can't tell you and well you can't tell me either.

A clique is a social group or club which is the roots of all these street organizations. I KNOW this because nearly everybody on this forum can recall their high school years. A clique can be focus on anything.
