I don't see this even making it's way into court. Big Pharma companies are run by people with old money. With today's technology many young men and women are making 6 figures with their Pharma jobs. The big shots are very well insulated and more then likely nothing will change.
Exactly. Even if the plaintiffs had a case (which they don't), these corporations didn't get rich by being stupid. Frivolous lawsuits are the bane of the legal system's existence. But as long as there are people who don't want to get off their asses and go to work, these lawsuits will always clutter the court's calendar.
