Nobody would order a hit for somebody dressed in a mummers costume. Everyone in south Philly are in some way part of the parade. Every new years day they watch the parade and celebrate on 2 street afterwards. And if they're not watching the parade, they're participating in it. They're families and friends and ancestors before them all were in some way involved in the mummers parade. Its tradition. If you don't know what mummers parade is, GOOGLE IT!
