In Philadelphia when I was younger, and probably still today there was a lot of cheap cocaine and heroin. A lot of people I grew up with got quickly addicted to one, or both. Some got completely sober, and others did not and died/overdosed. May they rest in peace.
100% right bunch of people i know addicted to heroin and pills and shooting both and they ride to trenton, philly, camden for that shit but with the pills they get that same heroin lean but dont have to hit camden or other shitholes sad stories
