Speaking of eloping, and slightly off topic. One of my Aunts (my mom's sister, now deceased) it was told for many years, that she was kidnapped by her husband. The family kept referring to it as a kidnapping, when in reality, her family didn't like her fiance (maybe he wasn't from a good part of Sicily or something. It was a lame reason cause everyone grew to love him LOL), so they eloped. Ah the drama!!
