All the youngsters coming up in Jersey want to be involved with the Genovese family or other NY families, not a family on the way out.


Not sure it works that way where you pick n choose which family you want to be associated with.
Whoever's your local guy, is your guy.

Though the strong presence of the Lucchese and Genovese families definitely dilutes the recruitment pool for sure.
