well even if he is acquitted the govt can still retry the case…..no double jeopardy with RICO, as Bobby Glasses can attest to.
i think the last news reported about the scarfo trial was that Pellulo was asking for a mistrial after being banned from the courtroom, i don't know if George Anastasia is taking a vacation or something but its just kinda odd that he fought so hard to be able to cover the trial and he's barely written anything about it.
