Goombah, when my mom worked in the Empire State Building during WWII, she saw a man jump. He went right past the window and she swears that he looked right at her. She told the other girls in the office, but they didn't believe her. Then they heard the commotion and first responders downstairs.
What an awful thing for you mom to see SB. I cannot imagine life ever getting so bad that suicide seems like the only option.
