As for Joey boi he got a slap on the wrist so it's clear he probably did make some sort of deal or told them something even if he claims he did not.
The guy did ten years. He beat the most serious charges back in 2001 and the Feds will have a hard-on for him for the rest of his life because of it. Hardly a slap on the wrist.
