Un-fing-believable. That these city cops are still so booze addled in this day and age boggles the mind. But some people just have to live down to the stereotype. And City Island of all places? That's typical. The bars on that rock have always attracted your hardcore drinkers.

Now don't get me wrong. I love City Island and I've spent a great deal of time eating and, yes, drinking there. But I'm not a cop. I don't drink and drive. And I don't shoot up cars just for shits and giggles. I hope they crucify this guy .
