So Nicky Milano is back in the game from what I'm reading? I've been under the impression that he was given a pass, but was shelved due to contact over the years with his informant brother?
I'm not a Philly guy, but I think it's just a matter of taking whatever and whoever you can get these days.
I recently heard that a local shylock who went into Witness Protection more than fifteen years ago was back in the Bronx/Yonkers area and loaning money as a freelancer. The story goes that he came back to collect some old paper, and when he realized no one was looking for him anymore he decided to stay.
I've said this before, but I wouldn't be
totally shocked to see a rat taken back into the fold one of these days, providing that he pays his way back in. Now I'm not
expecting it to happen. But I wouldn't be shocked by it, either.
