The devs work quite hard to maintain a decent quality of discourse ensuring that things remain somewhat civil.

This board without moderation or rules would soon degenerate to a useless slanging match which wouldnt get anyone anywhere.

TheArm broke the boards rules, was warned and subsequently banned.

It was not a case of someone with a differing opinion being banned, ie censorship.
