1. Modern day gangs been around since the 50s and so far I haven't seen any vigilante groups.
2. The government/ people frowns upon "extermination" squads per say.
3. Most of the families that used to lived in these neighborhoods relocated to the surburbs so I doubt any vigilante types coming out from "safety" and going to the violent hoods at all when they are coming to feed the cycle of the drug trade (customers).
4. Make sure if those vigilantes exterminate the 1% clubs, prison gangs, mobsters, and other criminal groups as well because their all animals.
