It seems the 'ndrangheta has killed children more often than Cosa Nostra and Camorra. Another really dreadful episode is the murder of Michele and Domenico Facchineri (9 and 12 years old) in Cittanova, 1975. Domenico raised his hands, but they still shot him. Michele was shot in the back of the head while hiding behind a mound of sand.
There have been many such cases in which they didn't just accidentally shoot children while aiming at somebody else, but did this intentionally.
