I don't think they pay for hits. None of the rats have said anybody paid them for doing "work". And if you did carry out a contract,how would you collect? What would you do if they didn't pay?


Exactly..."killed on the spot" happens, but when you talk about "open contracts" money is always implied.
There are the Mad dog Sullivans of the world who were killers for hire, but to either accept or pay a made guy for a hit is a commission actionable offense
